Complete 50 or more Puchalla Inn quests.
Complete 225 or more Candy Tree Quests.
Complete 150 or more Computer Repair Quests.

Missions:
You need to complete level 5 or higher at the Trotter's Movies mission
You need to complete level 5 or higher at the Hector the Collector mission
You need to complete level 2 or higher at the Tarquin's Library mission
