History:
Desta grew up in a small pride to the only surviving cub in his litter. The pride may have been small, but was strong. As a cub the male never went hungry nor was there a time of fear. He was loved, well-protected, and taken care of. When he grew his grandfather, who led the pride, would teach him the ways of reading the land. Desta would turn out to be a quick learner, learning all the tips for tracking and surviving in the wilderness.
When he was mature he would leave his pride and set out to form his own. He'd stumble upon the Pride of Jua, where he would join and quickly rise into a leadership role was the former King was quite old. Desta would lead the Pide of Jua through many hardships, including traveling to new lands. This latest hardship has proven difficult for the male, however. He worries about the future of his pride and what will come of it during this drought.
