"Don't make me cut-tle your fish!"
Sometimes a life of crime is your only option... Sometimes it's all you know...
Abandoned by the Cuttlefish Mafia family due to lack of competence, Ocho has since wanted to prove his worth in hopes that he would be welcomed back.
Now well known for his brutal strong arming -er... tentacling- techniques, Ocho is wanted on charges of illegal concoction use and armed -er... tentacled- robbery. Certainly he is gaining the recognition from his former crime family, but with the strength and confidence to start his own family, why should he return to them?
