I've been working on a GoogleDoc that has the Max/Min requirements of each stat or each event. I'm not finished yet, but I have a lot done. Now, I just have to check every 10 minutes or so and update the Max/Min to get a more accurate range. Once I get a good bit of information for the ranges, I'll put it into a table to show the Min/Max of each stat to be able to enter all the events at each level.

If anyone wants to help me get the ranges better, just post the stats that need to be updated. If you find the stats that are higher or lower than the ones I have listed, post them. I also added a line that has the average difference between each stat so we can see if there is a pattern in the differences between the Min/Max
