My first 2 account been banned

I created my 2nd account for the reason that i have forgotten my password on my first account.
And thinking on how many year have past since I first created may first account I cant give up on it. I first created it, when i was still in grade 6 which is 2009 i think. I tried and tried to open my first account and at last I have opened it. But in the end the staff of marapets have block my first account on thinking I will cheat. So in the end, so much reward that have been lost because I have forgotten my past word.
Even after many years of playing i still havent full graps how to play marapets.
