These are really good, and never even make it to the fridge when I make them for cookouts.

What you need:

1 pound strawberries
1 brick cream cheese
3-6 tablespoons powdered sugar (3 for not as sweet 6 for sweeter)
about 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs

Cut the tops off the strawberries and hollow them out.

In a bowl mix the cream cheese and the powdered sugar. Spoon the mix into the hollowed out strawberries.

Dip the top of the stuffed strawberries into the graham cracker crumbs.

Chill in the fridge until you serve them or serve right away, your choice!

Just a note if you have left over mix drop small spoonfuls into the graham cracker crumbs and make sure they're fully coated. Take them out and you have small cheesecake bites Of course chill until you serve them or serve them right away.
