After 3 years of searching i have found the answer:
Patience....
I saved event items and other items i bought for cheap from like 2years ago, and now as i checked there prices, hardly any were in shops therefore i control the price! So i place a few in my shop for $500000 and auctioned the rest for 1mil+ and now u have $$$$$$
