Add the Pet ID you need to accept at the end after id='.

You will find the Pet ID number when you click on a pet from the owner's profile. It will be the digits at the end of the URL (what is in the address bar).

Even with the Pet ID and URL, you can only accept pets that were sent to you. It is not a trick to allow you to accept any pet from any account you want.
