You'll need to post in Price Check or the Items (located inside Advertising) Forums that you're looking for a Zombie Phanty Potion. Expect to pay closer to a million MP for it, is my guess (but I'm not very good at these sort of things). (Cost: Closer to a million [est.])
A possibly cheaper way to get your Zombie would be to buy a Phanty Potion, turn your Pet into a Phanty, buy Phanty Poison and feed it the Poison. Then, go to the Gates of the Graveyard, cough up another 50k and get your Pet back. (Blue/Yellow/Red/Green Phanty Potion: ~ 100k ; Phanty Poison: 44,000 RP OR 444,000 MP ; Graveyard: 50k)
