A 6 Year old's war.

Intro
It was 3463, World War 5 has been going on for 3 days. This is a story about a little girl named Izzy, and her struggles in life through the war. Izzy is six years old and lives with her parents in sunny Arizona. Her blond hair, and large brown eyes make her mommys princess, and this is her story:

Ch.1
Izzy wakes up, dazed and confused. She feels her drousiness wearing her out, since she couldn't sleep. The sounds of the war continued out all day, day and night. "World war 5 is still going on" she thought, "I hope my daddys alright" A single tear raced through her cheek as she went to the bathroom to brush her teeth. She hasnt seen her daddy since the war started, 3 days ago. Worried, she head down to her kitchen, Mommys making breakfast.
"Good Morning, Iz"
"Hey mommy, howcome the booming is so loud?"
"Its okay the war will be over in no time, come eat your omelete and then we can play until dad comes home from the war"
"Ok mom"

Izzy goes to eat her breakfast quietly,without another word. She could see her moms hand trembling as she handed her the food. She must be worried about dad, too.

"...Mommy" she said, almost in a whisper, her voice cracked
"Yes Iz?"
"When will...when will daddy come home? I miss him."
Her mom stared into her big brown eyes, and said "He will be here in no time, im sure of it! He will stay safe and come back home." Her voice was shaky, though she tried to make it sound as if she believed it too, she wished she had.
"Oh, okay mommy."

Izzy went back to her room to watch TV, and as she turned it on and skipped through the channels to find Nickelodeon, but she passed bye Fox News, the war was on TV. She watched as the reporters talked about the images on the TV, and as they showed people who died. Izzy sat on her bed, restless, as she started crying quietly. "What about my dad? Is he okay? What if i dont see him again? Im only six!" she murmered quitely to herself. Pictures of dead soldiers, and crying torn familys were shown. Izzy then fell asleep. In her dream she saw her dad calling her, telling her it will all be okay, and not to miss him too muc. She woke up from a huge boom outside. On the news the healine said, "Bomb exploded near forks, 40 identified people dead" Izzy started shaking, scared for her dad's life.




Ch.2
Izzy had woken up. Was it all just a dream? Is the war all in her imagination? The TV was still on, and she quickly glanced up at it, scared of what she would see. Just what she had expected, it wasnt just a dream, she had fallen asleep quietly before while watching TV. She turned up the volume and watched as the reporters disapprovingly nodded their heads, and felt remorse for the killed soldiers and their familys. Izzy was sitting with her eyes big, with nothing to say. She saw some clips of the war, and..."MOMMY!!! MOMMY LOOK! DADDY!!" She yelled, breathless.

"IZZY? Whats happening everything alright??"
"Mom! I saw daddy on the TV!"
Her mom looked at the TV, as if a cold sword went through her heart. The banner on the news channel said, 'Killed Identifed Soldiers Pictures and Clips'
She quietly started crying, harder and harder as the clock ticked.
"Mom? Mom whats wrong, arent you happy? We see daddy! I missed him so much!"
Her mom quietly nodded her head, "No Iz, there is something wrong this time...."

i'm surprised by that date only one other world war had happened. maybe it shud be like world was 7 or something. Keep writing tho its good. 10/10
only thing wrong i noticed was you kept switching from the present and the past. "her voice cracked" is past tense, however "Mommys making breakfast." is present tense. Check your spelling for stuff also. There are only grammerical errors and i believe a good reader can get past that. if you cant see the story for what it is because of spelling, you don't deserve to rate. THIS GOES FOR EVERYONE.
