Happy Mother's Day to all of the Moms on Marapets (like me). I spoke with my mom tonight since my telephone company was silly enough to offer free mother's day phone calls for anyone who wanted to call. I was afraid I wouldn't be able to get in touch with her tomorrow and so I called her late today. I had sent a card and and ecard too. She said she understands and is having a nice supper out. My daughter lives in Providence, RI and that makes her very far away from me. So my hubby went to the store today and got special things to make a special supper for me himself. All through out our 33 year marriage I have been happy that he can cook and well. I hope everyone hears from those they care about and others remember to call those who are waiting for a call from them. A simple call can make all of the difference sometimes to a lonely person.
