1. Complete Level 15 or higher of Eleka's Castle Goals
2. Recycle Cans at the Recycling Centre
3. Have 30 or more Trading Cards in your Battle Deck
Level23:
1. Complete Level 16 or higher of Biala Mountain Goals
2. Complete a level of any Temple
3. Collect 250 or more Photos in your Photo Album

Biala Mountain:L4->Complete 35 or more Santa Claws Quests.
