To people who help out here: It's lovely that you want to help, but if you don't know the answer to a question then DON'T POST. Wrong answers are worse than no answer, and posting "good luck" etc makes it look like someone already answered so the person might then not get help from someone who does know. If a topic is old and already has a correct answer on it then please don't bring it back up - it'll get in the way of people that still need help
And finally, if you hang around here any length of time you'll notice there are quite a few very experienced members who help out in here loads, for example Xaenthe, Hideouslypretty, Labradorite, Nightshadows, LenaSaturn, Ahti... If one of them tells you you're doing something wrong then try listening cos they tend to know what they're talking about!
