I think that these weekly quest contests, that are controlled by time, (hump, eleka and the aquarium quests) should have irregular restock times. The feeding times should be totally random. It would probably be more fun, instead of the people at the top are controlling, or safing in the costume and throphy, by setting an alarm at every time the quest restock. Then it's gonna be more like a real competition, because noone knows who can be in the top/lead. More people would have a chance to get a throphy and a chance to get the costume.
