We would like to give you all a quick update on the Server Issues we are currently experiencing. One of our main storage servers is having issues and causing problems for us. We have a replacement on the way and are working to get this fixed as quickly as we can. However, this is a big job for us to completely re-install and repair without taking the site offline. This could take 4-8 days to complete but we are working around the clock to have this fixed as quickly as possible so that we can start the Birthday Events. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Vortex Park Goals have 25 new levels for you to complete. You can now complete up to 50 levels. There are 12 new item prizes, lots of MP and £3 Account Upgrade Credits to be won.

If so, how long to fix it by taking the site offline?

if it’ll take less time by taking the site offline then I say take the site offline.

Looks like Marapets is deciding to be one of those stubborn teenagers.

Sorry your baby is treating you so poorly Ian. Hopefully it's temperamental streak will be over soon, and you can breath again.

Just close the site and fix the issues cuz it will just take longer if people are online trying to do things here

Right now its soooo frustrating trying to do anything so I rather not be able to log on at all, then log on and have the site so slow its almost impossible to even do the dalies

I thought all the servers had been replaced recently (marapocalypse season).

I'm still checking everything on my account to make sure nothing got zapped again.

Thanks for the update!! I was wondering what was going on and the forums weren't loading quickly enough for me to check, lol.

Well, glad to hear about the cause, and, how long we may have to be patient. It will make our birthday celebration all the more exciting.
