The Mermaid Costume was first released in May 2005 and the costume has been retired and neglected ever since. We have released a new version of the Mermaid Account Upgrade with 8 new mermaid themed items and either a Mermaid coloured Straya or Newth Enchanted Plushie. This AU will retireApril 15th.
The new restricted pet Straya will only be released in Account Upgrades once every 2 years!
The Ercuw, Hump, Huthiq, Jessup, Yuni and Zetlian have been updated and now have the newest style of Mermaid.
The Dakota, Ike, Newth, Sindi, Straya and Tantua can now wear the Mermaid Costume.
I'm surprised to find that there are lots of straya photos out before the pet is available but now that I have a mermaid straya that photo is not available.
@Victorianartist I feel you. I used to have much better luck. I did get this one on my second try tho. So that is better. But lately its 3 all the way to get the LE.
@cappygirl, bought 1, all I could do, and got a Newth. Sad. Should be better odds. Very expensive. I just cannot do it right now. Hopefully by April I will get another try. Probably another Newth. No rush.
