The Chibs, Osafo, Paffuto, Phanty, Poera, Pucu, Quell, Snookle, Speiro, Sybri, Troit, Ushunda, Viotto, Walee, Willa and Zoink can now wear the Insideout Costume.
Remember, this costume is currently in Account Upgrades and will retire November 30th.
Oh..oops.. Didn't check this and I actually operated my Walee into this and operated again because I wasn't the biggest fan, but that is really awesome that we can actually operate into account upgrade colors! Hopefully that means I have a chance at what I actually want them to be then :)
