A new feature has been added to Ziranek. The Arcade Fairy rewards you for the number of flash games you have played.

There are two new Giftbox items for you to collect. The Vortex Park Reservoir Giftbox will allow any player that has access to the Vortex Park Reservoir to visit once every 12 hours instead of 24 hours for life. The Arcade Giftbox will reward you with DOUBLE GAMES POINTS for all Flash Games scores for life.
Never bought a GB so fast lol double points is awesome :love: I second that the prizes could definitely go a couple thousand points higher though haha :P
I appreciate the rewards, for sure. But I wonder about the future of flash games in general.
Adobe is abandoning Flash at the end of 2020. Firefox next year will join Chrome in making it more difficult to access Flash content. There are questions as to whether work-arounds will even work.
More and more Mara players are using Flash on their phones. No Flash for them. Most of the "developers" who use Flash these days are for pop-up ads that no one wants to see anyway. It is full of holes for hackers to exploit, and it is resource-heavy, sucking the life out of mobile device batteries.
I know Ian has said he will not create a mobile-friendly version of the site. However, it will become more difficult for players to use Mara except through antiquated technology.
