If the front feet are going to look like elephant feet (have toe nails, be shaped like a cylinder) then the bottom feet should be too. It's very weird to see the feet not matching. I also think the trunk should be untucked, and the waist should be sliiiiightly thinner. And maybe a tuft of hair on the tail?

Definitely an improvement, but I'll miss the ear and facial expression emphasis...
