I really hope the artist redoes it in the style of the newer chibs, like Cursed, Toddler, Fat, Scout, Fancy, Christmas Tree, School, etc, because those are really well done, and took the chibs is a great direction.

Its a good base but I think a few things could make it look a bit better.
