We've been working on fixing Account Upgrades so that they work instantly for everyone. We have done a few tests with users that did not receive them instantly before and it seems to be working for them now. From now on when you upgrade you should receive it in seconds. If you payment is not an instant payment and needs to clear, it will take until it clears. If you do not receive credits in seconds, you should write to [email protected] and from today, replies should be within 2 working days. If you have emailed us within the past two weeks and have yet to receive a reply, we are currently working quickly to give you a reply within the next couple of days. If you are missing account upgrade credit and have not emailed us, please do so now, giving full details of your payment. Sorry for any inconvenience caused and from today our Account Upgrades system should be a lot easier and faster for you.
