Here is everything you need to know!!!

MY RULES:
1. Don't ask for it for free!! I am not your care taker and I don't give a rat if you are poor or new, we were all there once...suck it up, my tips are cheap anyways!!
2. You must know what you need to do to get the avie.
3. You must be able to mail. No getting it for someone that can't mail!!!
4. If I have an item and no pet for an avie, then you have to already have the pet before I lend my items....or vise versa.
5. If you are wanting to borrow a pet for an avie, then you must make sure you can cover ALL fees for BOTH WAYS of transferring.
6. You must STAY ONLINE while you have my items/pets.
7. If I mail you while you have my items/pets RESPOND QUICKLY...if no response in 15 mins I will report you. Don't try and steal my items/pets I know how to report and will use the mails as proof, so you will lose no matter what, just don't try it!!
8. I will watch your trades and auctions while you have my items, so don't try and sell my stuff!!! :X
9. I do want some kind of a tip for each but it is not much....ALL tips will be talked about over mail
10. Let me know you read my rules when you mail me to borrow

I reserve the right to tell ANYONE NO! If I think you are a danger to lend to. If that happens and you beg me, you WILL be reported for harassment!

HOW YOU WILL GET AND GIVE BACK MY ITEMS/PETS
1. You mail me and ask to borrow _______.
2. We agree on a tip.
3. Go to my trades.
4. You offer the tip on the trade with the avies item(s) you wish to borrow.
5. You get your avie.
6. Mail me when you are done and the trade is back up for me.
7. I'll offer a junk item on the trade and you accept it.
8. Tell me you read this as well when you mail me to borrow.
