A random story to why I should be chosen:
Once upon a time, there was a girl (thats me), who was invited to the best party of all time! She racked her closet for hours, but couldnt find anything to wear! *Hmm,* she thought, *what I need to wear is a PARTY DRESS! But I dont have one!* So she goes to the stores but they arent selling in shops! Then, she found a very nice girl who happens to be giving away a party dress! The party is on August 24, so if she wins, she will get the dress just in time! So here is the girl, party dress-less, applying for the party dress, hoping to get the party dress and having all of her dreams come true!

I want the dress because I care a lot for fashion and looks, and the party dress looks so cool. I buy lots of different expensive clothing, and I was looking for a party dress to buy, I was about to buy one from shop but the I saw this I'd love it if I won, I won't have to buy it then either!
