It was 7:49 p.m. Great. She flopped over on the bed and stuffed her head into a dusty old pillow. Fortunately, she wasn't allergic to dust. A few more hours, and then the show would begin. And then she could watch...then ask to join... Hopefully it went all according to plan.

Or are those lyrics to a song or something? 😆 BIC// "Huh. Who wants to practice first?" Dawn asked. She wasn't quite sure if she herself wanted to... Alex walked into the kitchen, but froze, finding the ringleader in there. Her icy blue eyes widened in fear and she slowly walked towards the cabinets and got a glass of water. Fortunately, his back was turned to her, so he didn't notice she was here. Yet. She opened the cabinet and got the glass down. She gently closed it so as to not make a sound and then headed to the refridgerator to get the pitcher of water. Alex carefully opened the door; she glanced at the ringleader. Luckily, he hadn't heard her. He seemed to be absorbed in his thoughts. Momentarily. She got the pitcher and poured the glass of water. She put it back and right as she was on the threshold of the kitchen--"Alex!" Alex's heart sank. She turned and said, "Y-yes, Ringleader?" She felt like a child who had just got caught in an act...of who knows what.

She turned to Dawn and gave her a kind smile. "Come on, show us." Charles sat down. He waited and got impatient. "I'll be right back, I'm going to go see where Dawn is." Charles got up and left the circus tent and headed down to the kitchen.

16 WyccaJack looked at them all and slipped on his stiff brimmed black hat, pulling it over most of his face in one quick motion. His stomach lurched unpleasantly and he glanced his ruby eyes downward.Something was unsettling him.

"Really?" he said with a smile that she didn't like at all. "Last I heard, Scarlett went to China." Aww, crap.

Authority, never had gotten along with it he realized, subconsiously reminding himself of previous ringleaders, previous police....

0 PoptarttAzmarelda grinned curiously and looked up at the ceiling of the tent. 'Big enough,' she thought. "I like giraffes... why?" Harriet started bitting her nails, one to the next and watched Dawn closely. She wondered what she was going to do. Charles followed Jack and listened to them in the kitchen. He wanted to go in, but he was afraid at the same time. He closed his eyes and pressed his ear against the door. 'I don't want to get Alex in trouble, or hurt...Jack is there, though...should I go in...no, the ringleader will think somethings up...or it'll make him forget about it...' he thought and decided to stay down there and listen.
