The words 'Dawn'sGonnaDie,' kept ringing through my head, and the conversation we had in Stel's cabin was there too. "I can't sleep," I muttered to myself. "Stupid nightmare." I tried going over my nightmare, but the memory made me flinch. 'Let's not go there again,' I thought in my head, crossly. I opened the window, and let the moonlight fall on my face; a slight breeze drafted through. I turned into that tawny owl again, and fluttered out, and landed on my cabin's roof. I morphed back, and sitting on the roof, watched the moon's procession across the sky.

Either way, there's a 98% chance you would die. But remember how it was chaotic when I told you you were going to die? Tony had told me... everyone would be asleep and it would be a peaceful understanding. So maybe... if someone interfered, like that walk had interefered, you would be safe. In your weakened state, you would not survive. You would take the flame like a human. But if I took it, it would be a mere 5 degree burn. And I'm willing to take it, because you're still family."

It has to be this way. If... I die instead, be sure to take care of everyone here. Especially," she choked on the last word, "j-jj-ack." She coughed and leapt down from the roof.
