Gwen was a strange character, like when she found out about the baby the look on her face... I donno it looked for a while like she hated the fact she was pregnant.
Same with his grandson, I mean it ultimately means he doesn't really have any family besides his daughter but I doubt she is gonna have another kid so once she dies it will just be him left.
